Taking kicks punches and effective self defence techniques from traditional Taekwon-Do, Western boxing skills and a sprinkling of knee and grappling techniques all make our particular brand of special fighting skills unique to Thames Valley Korean Kickboxing. Classes are held at Charvil Village hall at 10am. Bring some water and a towel and expect to get a good work out.
